Chawton Cabs operate a Chip and Pin Credit Card System for your Convenience and security (gratuities are optional).
Late bookings accepted (subject to availability).
Excess parking and entrance fees are chargeable.
Most vehicles are strictly non-smoking. If a smoking vehicle is required this must be requested in advance.
Chawton Cabs shall not be held responsible for a missed flight due to extreme traffic or road conditions.
Chawton Cabs shall not be held responsible for loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in our vehicles howsoever such loss or damage is caused.
Chawton Cabs reserves the right to invoice the client with a 50% charge unless a prior cancellation of at least 12 hours has been given. Where no cancellation has been received, Four Marks Taxis reserves the right to invoice at the full amount .
Cash and Credit Card payments direct to Driver. A 6% charge is made by our handling company for Credit Cards.
Chawton Cabs reserves the right to invoice the client with a £50 charge where Fouling of the cab has taken place.
Chawton Cabs reserves the right to invoice at the full amount for any damage caused by passengers to the fabric of the vehicle.
Please ensure that any item, including valuables and personal effects brought into the taxi with you are removed from the taxi at the end of the journey. Any item found in the back of a taxi, but not belonging to the current passenger, shall be brought to the attention of the driver as soon as it is possible to do so.
Please note that all meter charges are set and controlled by East Hampshire District Council.
